Phillies Playoff Dreams May Be Crushed; Howard Part of 300 Club

On Saturday night, the Phillies may have seen their 2012 playoff hopes disappear. While the Phillies made the last month of baseball exciting, they are now 4 games back in the Wildcard standings. I am a very optimistic person, but they will need a miracle.

One positive note that came out of the game, Ryan Howard joined the 300 homerun club. Howard hit a solo homer in the bottom of the 4th, for his 300th career home run. Congrats Ryan.
